If test results are abnormal we will notify you by phone, email, letter or txt.
If you are wondering about your results we encourage you to view these online through our patient portal https://cashel.sirius.health.nz/siriuscare. If you are not yet signed up to the portal pop in and see our receptionist to register.
We do not routinely notify patients of results that have no concern, however if you wish to discuss these result you may phone reception to leave a message for our nurses to return your call. If your result is normal please allow up to 2 working days for a nurse to return your call.
If your symptoms persist or you have concerns about your health please make an appointment to see the doctor or phone to speak to a nurse.
