We partner with 24 Hour Surgery & Practice Plus to provide urgent care and same day virtual after-hours GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.

    They are open 24 Hours a day, 7days a week.

    • Telehealth

      For some illnesses you can talk with a doctor online after-hours, without leaving home.

      They can send prescriptions (if required) to a pharmacy that you choose.

      Practice Plus is a online doctor service, available weekdays 5PM-10PM and weekends/public holidays 8AM-8PM.

  • You can phone Healthline any time during the day or night on 0800 611 116 to talk to a health professional free of charge.

  • Call 111 in an emergency.

    This is for things like:

    • heavy bleeding

    • broken bones

    • bad burns

    • chest pain

    • severe pain

    • difficulty breathing

    The Emergency Department at any hospital should be used in an emergency for critical or life-threatening situations.

    If you cannot travel to the Emergency Department yourself, you should dial 111 and ask for an “ambulance”.
